• From the second order is free of charge for all orders from 400,000 VND (in HN) and 600,000 VND (outside HN), less than 600,000 VND outside HCMC ship support is 30,000 VND. (If customers receive goods and payment, please add a COD surcharge of 15,000VND).

Shipping rates are applied only once for first time customers, the next order will be entitled to preferential policies for "Customer"

Delivery

• In Ha Noi: (free of charge) No delivery on Sunday Order before 11 hours of receipt before 18:00 (6p.m) on the same day. After 11 o'clock customers will receive the goods the next day.

Please note: Full time does not include Sundays and public holidays. Receive 1-2 days.

• Other areas (Town, District, ..), delivery time is 3-4 days. Free shipping is applied on all orders from 1.000.000d. Orders under 1.000,000, shipping fee is VND 30,000.

Payment

• Customers pay the advance payment: the shipping fee is FREE.

• Customers receive the goods and then pay (COD): transportation costs 30,000 VND + service charge COD 15,000 VND.
